MADISON – St. Joseph Catholic School’s high school, student-produced newscast “Bruin News Now” was named the state’s Newscast of the Year and the seventh-grade student-produced newscast “JV Bruin News Now” was named the state’s Middle School Newscast of the Year. Both awards were among 25 that St. Joe received at the Mississippi Scholastic Press Association spring convention Friday, March 28, 2025, on the campus of the University of Mississippi.
