YAZOO CITY – St. Mary parishioners surprised Sister Michele Doyle, SSND, with a luncheon to celebrate her 92 birthday on Tuesday, Feb. 28. Sister Doyle teaches two classes at the parish, one on Tuesdays and one once-a-month on Sunday. She also teaches classes in Lexington St. Thomas Parish, Jackson Holy Family Parish and at Madison St. Francis of Assisi Parish. Mardi Gras party pays for summer trips

Women of Grace
WINONA – Sacred Heart Parish hosted the first of five sessions of Women of Grace this fall. Tara Trost, standing, leads ladies from four different parishes in a discussion of the Women of Grace Foundational Study Series, Full of Grace and the Abundant Life. It encourages all women to explore the powerful influence God calls her to be in the home, in the Church, and in the world at large. Shaw’s spaghetti success
SHAW – St. Francis of Assisi Parish hosted a spaghetti supper Saturday, Oct. 22. Barbara Faccini reports that volunteers dished about 1,400 plates of spaghetti between dine-in and take-out orders.
